People always ask whether to get a flat rate or reducing balance for personal loan. Below is my analysis and make your own decision.
comparison:
1.RM10k, 2.5%/year flat rate=RM250 interest, each month pay RM854.17
2.RM10k, 1.5%/month reducing balance, each month also pay RM850, interest?
Jan-interest RM150 based on 10000k balance
February- RM137.25 based on 9150 balance
I don't even need to calculate until march you see and the interest is already RM287.25
This is not exactly rocket science people, hello!!!
Unless you can pay off all your loan in lump sum in 1 or 2 months, you know what you can choose

Ecosway
Great way to earn money if you're a good salesman that is...which sadly I'm not. Really an introvert who don't like to talk anyway. The only thing I love until now is PS2, surfing the internet and hopefully fictional books is still in the list. Long time didn't pick up a book to read.

Search engine can earn money?
Seems like alot of new search engine have pop up that allows us to earn money instead of using Google that doesn't share their earnings when we are using it. One of the search engine that I have experience is Zotspot. This search engine allow me to earn whenever I'm searching and also allow me to refer friends. I can even donate the money to certain organizations. Sounds great although I must admit it doesn't work as well as Google, well, nothing is perfect :)

Ever heard of this great plan? It pays even better dividend than insurance, unit trust and fixed deposits. Its based on everybody putting their money together and then they will share it by queueing process. Still haven't got any details yet but I'm taking out my FD and unit trust to put into this.
